條款及細則 TERMS & CONDITIONS

參加活動前，所有參加者必需細閱及遵守以下條款及細則，閣下的參與將代表閣下已閱讀及同意各項條款及細則。

條款及細則：

1.     活動報名一經確認，不得轉讓名額，退出者所繳付之費用概不退還。

2.     明白及同意其個人資料亦可能用以進行意見調查，評估研究，日常工作任何事宜有關的用途。

3.     行程的內容或因應當地的情況，如惡劣天氣等作出更改，而不另行通知。

4.     參加者必須時刻遵守各項活動主辦單位之指引，必須遵照香港女青年商會工作人員的指示，出席一切安排之行程及活動；並遵守有關住宿安排，不得私自離團。

5.    香港女青年商會將為每一位參加者購買旅遊保險，參加者在行程內之一切傷亡損失，均交由保險公司依條款處理。

6.    如有任何爭議，香港女青年商會擁有最終決定權。

Before participating in the event, all participants must read and abide by the following terms and conditions. Your participation will mean that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

1. Once the registration is confirmed, the place cannot be transferred and the fees paid by the withdrawer are not refundable.

2. Understand and agree that their personal data may also be used for opinion surveys, evaluation research, and any other purposes related to daily work.

3. The itinerary may be changed due to local conditions, such as bad weather, without prior notice.

4. Participants must always abide by the guidelines of the event organizers, follow the instructions of JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes, attend all arranged itineraries and activities; and comply with the relevant accommodation arrangements and are not allowed to leave the group without permission.

5. JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes will purchase travel insurance for each participant. All casualties and losses of the participants during the trip will be handled by the insurance company in accordance with the terms and conditions.

6. In case of any disputes, the decision of JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes shall be final.  

個人私隱 DATA PRIVACY

香港女青年商會非常重視個人私隱，並確保轄下之服務於任何情況下收集、使用、儲存、轉移及查閱個人資料之程序均符合香港的《個人資料(私隱)條例》的要求。

收集個人資料的目的

香港女青年商會將會收集、保存、處理個人資料用作以下用途：；(a)核對參加者參加資格；(b)向第三方服務供應者 （如 航空公司、住宿、保險公司或其他必須知悉有關資料的第三方代理機構或關聯公司）；如參加者不獲取錄者，其資料將於活動完成後6個月內被銷毀。

JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes attaches great importance to personal privacy and ensures that the procedures for collecting, using, storing, transferring and accessing personal data under any circumstances comply with the requirements of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Purpose of Collection of Personal Data

JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes will collect, store and process personal data for the following purposes: (a) verifying the eligibility of participants; (b) providing information to third-party service providers (such as airlines, accommodation, insurance companies or other third-party agencies or affiliated companies that need to know the relevant information); if the participant is not accepted, his/her data will be destroyed within 6 months after the event.

**報名後，訂單費用將不予退還，如遇缺席或突然退出活動，則需依活動預付款要求支付費用。

**Upon registration, fees are not refunded on orders and payment shall be made in case of no-show or sudden dropout under the pre-payment requirement of the activity.

Please note that due to the high number of applicants, we will need to conduct a selection process before finalizing the list of confirmed participants. The results will be announced no later than July 13, 2025.  

If you are not selected this time, we will fully refund any payment you have made.
