At JCI Hong Kong Jayceettes, we are a vibrant community of young women committed to empowering each other and driving positive change in our society. Established in 1969, we are proud to be the first lady chapter in Asia and second in the world, as part of the global Junior Chamber International (JCI) network.
Founded in 1915, JCI unites young active citizens aged 18 to 40 who are eager to make a difference in their communities. With members in over 100 countries, JCI empowers young leaders through skill development and entrepreneurial training, fostering informed decision-making and impactful initiatives that drive social change worldwide.
ABOUT JCI HONG KONG
Junior Chamber International Hong Kong (JCIHK) (formerly named as “Hong Kong Junior Chamber”), inaugurated in 1950, is affiliated with the worldwide leadership development organization – The Junior Chamber International (JCI).
JCI has a worldwide membership of over 200,000 and more than 100 countries around the world. In Hong Kong, we have about 2,000 members representing a network of highly motivated and forward looking young men and women who are mostly entrepreneurs or executives from a wide range of trades and businesses.
The purpose of Junior Chamber is to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
