4.Fellowship Program Introduction & Interest Survey

Introduction: 

We are launching a new Fellowship Program. The Membership Affairs team will pair you with a mix of senior members and new friends into small groups. Each group would ideally consist of 1-2 Senior Members (SMs), 2-3 Full Members (FMs), and 1-2 Prospective Members (PMs).

Through fun, monthly mini-challenges, you will get to know each other more, building friendship not only limited to Jayceettes life, but even extending to your career and daily life. To add a bit of excitement, the top-performing group will win an exclusive group prize at the end of the year!

Introduction:The Membership Affairs team plans to launch 4 Interest Groups on WhatsApp in 2026 to connect Jayceettes with everyday life and joy. Members can chat freely, sharing information, activities, or promotions related to each group’s theme.


Our proposed groups are:


  • Health, Beauty & Wellness: members might organize group workouts, dance classes, or holiday shopping.

  • Mothers Group: moms can share adorable baby photos, parenting tips, and support each other through motherhood’s challenges.

  • Pets Sharing: pet owners can post cute pet pics and travel tips with furry friends.

  • Casual Gatherings & Fun: just relax! Share laughs, casual hangouts, or even plan a fun night out.

8. Business & Community Impact

The Business & Community Impact area will launch a flagship project in 2026 called the Waste to Wonder. This initiative aims to educate students and the public about ESG principles by transforming food waste into creative artwork. The program will target schools to integrate ESG education, inspiring young minds to embrace sustainability through art. Selected participants will also have the exciting opportunity to join a study tour to Busan, deepening their understanding of ESG in a global context. This project will showcase children’s creativity on an international stage through the JCI ASPAC platform, promoting youth engagement and environmental stewardship.
